30-Day Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned with its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality-control reasons, products that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse may not qualify for a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll work quickly to make it right.
