All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates
We offer a flat shipping rate of R99 per order.
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time is 5–15 business days from the date your order is dispatched.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking information via email or SMS where available. Tracking updates are provided by the courier and may take up to 48 hours to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and assist with a suitable resolution.
